As we work to improve your neighborhood roads and sidewalks, we must ask that all residents respect community property and refrain from writing in or otherwise damaging the freshly poured curb ramps and sidewalks.
There have been several instances throughout the work area where individuals have written messages in the freshly poured concrete. This act, while it may seem harmless to some, legally constitutes vandalism. Vandalism of this nature not only damages property but also leads to unnecessary repair costs, delays, and potential consequences for those involved.
